There are two programs in this area that do essentially the same thing: track attendance of members. Church Attendance Tracking uses a SQLite database and is totally stand alone. The second, SK6Reports is tied into Servant Keeper 6. It uses the attendance data file for SK6 to create the same report that the stand alone program creates.

Program Description

Church Attendance Tracking is a stand-alone program that allows church leaders to track attendance. The primary report is a listing of those who have missed the current week, two consecutive weeks, three consecutive weeks or four or more consecutives weeks. Those missing four or more weeks have the date last attended beside their name. College students and shutins are also listed in the report. An additional report is attendance by family for any specified time period.

The user must enter information about each member into a SQLite database which is used for the reporting. The report can be printed by any connected Windows printer or a Microsoft Word document can be created, provided Word is installed on the computer.

Program Description

SK6Reports is similar to Church Attendance Tracking in that it produces the same attendance report. However, SK6Reports simply reads the SK6 attendance file, creates a temporary database, and then creates the report. It does not change the SK6 files in any way. At the conclusion of the program, the temporary database is deleted.
