TSEPWinSim is a program that allows the user to repeatedly sample from an audit file in which a known percentage error rate has been applied and the total of errors calculated. Each of the estimators calculated in TSEPWin is calculated for each audit and the distribution of estimated totals is presented. This allows the user, usually a computer audit specialist or field auditor, to see the statistical sampling distribution of each estimator.
